Peonies and rhubarb.
They smell amazing! No they don't flower the first year. These peonies are about 50 years old as well as my irises. I'm amazed they are still so pretty.Lovely! What a good combination. I wish I had some peonies, I have been meaning to plant some for quite a while. Did they flower in the first year?

Yes, I think it's wild carrots. AKA Queen Anne's Lace. My favorite wild flower. As soon as you identify it as that, someone will always tell you that no, it's hemlock.That last pic looks like one of the carrot family
