My Japanes Persimmon tree !! It not only made it through 100mph sustained winds, it only dropped one fruit. It's been in the ground three years and I have 13 fruits this year on this 4 1/2' tall tree. I'm totally enthused with it.

Yes @Zigs . It's a sweet japanese persimmon but I tell the neighbors it's an astringent American persimmon, since it's planted in the front yard .

What kind of tree is your Bonsai ? I've been looking for a small tree to cloud prune.

I tell folk that all cacti are poisonous and there's no antidote for the same reason

Not sure which pine it is but I just noticed a tiny pine seedling coming up in the pot with blue needles so it must be a seed off one of our pines. The bonsai one hasn't ever produced cones so it can't be that one.

I have an Ash tree bonsai too, I'll see if I can find a pic before all it's leaves fell off, just looks like a stick now

It takes a few years, but the Japanese persimmon is a big producer as it matures.

Is the first picture asparagus fern? I envy you the Salvia - is that one called black & blue, or amistad?
