I'm telling you !!
You just Can NOT rely on these weather forecasters 'round here !!

I spent a lot of time yesterday tapeing up box after box, after box, you know, to keep those heavy frost particles from killing my plants. Spent another good bit of time tucking them in over my veg, lugging bricks to hold them in place. Not to mention removing stakes and untieing the tomato and pepper plants from those stakes, and what happens !!?

Not a bit of frost !! Not even the least little glimmer of frost !! Temperature was 31 for the low and THAT didn't even last for an hour !! I tell ya, it's so frustrating !! You just can not rely on meteorologists at all !! When they say we will have frost, we don't and when they say we won't have it.... of course, we do.!!

Ok, rant over, carry on as usual !!

If you hadn't done it, it would have frosted. Better safe than sorry .Monday the forecasters said it would bein the mid 30s . No reason to keep the water dripping in the house. Wrong!!! Was in the mid teens!! Had to leave work early cause our water froze!!! Had to thaw the well house out with a space heater. Heat lamp wasn't warm enough like normal.

It's sunny but with a bank of clouds off to the east. Low was 33°f high is expected to be 63°f by 4pm .
My sunrise was 7:06am,
sunset @6:27 pm .
I'm getting about 1 hour 13 minutes more sun than you guys in the UK because of being much closer to the equator, I suppose.
