That was so cool !! Blondie is quite pale, poor thing. Does she sunburn easily, I wonder?
I can see the difference now with your Opuntias being thinner. I hope mine will be okay in the sun. It was in full sun at the nursery I got it from.

Thought you might like that one Most Opuntias are ok in full sun but the young plants appreciate a bit of shade, they often hide behind each other

It's the only one I can think of that's that colour. Now you've mentioned it, I'll keep my eye out for another one. I'm slowly putting together this years cactus flower video

Yet another flower on the Copiapoa barquitensis. These live in the Atacama Desert where they get about an eighth of an inch of rain a year. They survive by trapping the moisture from the mists that come off the Pacific ocean.
