That is so weird how they do that !! Have you ever eaten any part of an Opuntia and if so, what does it taste like?

I tried a Prickly Pear a while back

Made this before I got the new video camera so the volume is terrible You'll have to turn it up loud...

One of my Mammillaria’s starting to bloom not sure on its full ID

And this beauty also starting to bloom I think it’s a Mammillaria but again not sure on its full name

Well usually they come through the ground this is the first time I've seen this.
