The seed starting itch 😳

Ah, Mr. Fothergill, is he one of your favorite seed producers and what is the meaning of thr B & C on the packets, if you don't mind saying?.

He is on account of being one of the cheaper producers 😁 and yes, Tetters got it, just the price codes, saves labeling them all 🙂

The seedlings are coming along and I have a few new eruptions in the lot.

Some of my trays, that I just bought last spring, are leaking so I had to improvise with some tupperware. ( the white pan)

Below is the one saffron yellow summer squash (Gourgette) that's come up.

I picked this because it will do well in my poor sandy soil and is a lovely silver color.

Then those teeny little foxglove seeds got away from me. I've got tons came up.

They're supposed to come out as a mix of white and pink but, ya know how that goes !!😂

I think I will need more grow lights and another table !!
Everything is happy as Larry!!

Saffron Cougette is outdoing itself😯 if it keeps growing this fast I'll be polinating it before the last frost !!😄

The tomatoes got big too.

Peppers finally came up, shy little devils !! I got my labels mixed up; I believe these are called "Snack peppers" but who knows !! 😄

Excellent Annie 😎 You can repot the tomatoes deep if they grow too tall, they'll make roots along the burried stems which makes for stronger plants 🙂
Yes, I keep checking to see if I can spot roots near the drain holes but no luck yet.
I also run my hands over them all a few times a day to get them used to what the wind will do. I hear it helps to strengthen the stems.

I'm so excited !! One of my Tweedia blue Milkweed seeds has pushed through the soil !!

I can't wait to plant this out !! It's related to Borage, so bees love it. It's not hardy in my zone but is in zone 10-11 so, @Ruler of the Roost could plant this to attract bees to his garden down there in S. Florida and it would come back as it's perennial down there.

Nah. My grandson is allergic to bees. I wanted to keep bees on my property and produce honey. Wife put the kabosh on that faster than the stripes on a zebra

Oh, but @Ruler of the Roost , without bees you have no polination, hence no fruits or vegetables. Other things like moths and other bugs do some polination but bees are what does most of it.
