You're right Zigs, that's an icing spatula for frosting a cake. This may be a kitchen tool but it's far better used in the garden.

Got it to slice down the side of clay flower pots to release the roots (cactus roots tend to grip the sides) but it's also very useful for getting inbetween plants to get slugs off

I hope @Tetters has another !!
Oh yes he would - unless of course he could make me one for nothing My birthday card this year was made out of bits of wood. He made me a lovely lump of wood on a stick for me to help with darning his socks - you have no idea how lucky I amYou wouldn't dare buy her one for Christmas...would you?

He doesn't like cake - so I don't bother to make them, let alone mucking about with icing sugar. Given the chance I would use a spatula for a completely different purpose .....so temptedYou're right Zigs, that's an icing spatula for frosting a cake.

I'm sure he could make you one of these. Far more useful for " stirring up the bottom" (of the pan ) than that tiny widdle spatula.
I took your idea today of using my icicing spatula when repotting a pothos that was realllly stuck in a pretty purple and white glazed ceramic pot. Worked great !!This may be a kitchen tool but it's far better used in the garden.
