I'm new to gardening forums. I'm in the middle of a house renovation and just able to start moving onto getting the garden sorted out, so attempting to get more familiar with specifics. Intention this is our forever home, so keen to get things right for us for the long term.

I'm living in Berkshire in the UK. Lots of birds around our house, and a great view of them from our kitchen at the front of the house.
