Why does the UK need American style wildlife bridges, when we don't have American sized wildlife with the same migratory habits. The video does not make this clear.

Why does the UK need American style wildlife bridges, when we don't have American sized wildlife with the same migratory habits. The video does not make this clear.

I've never seen wildlife "bridges" but in the South we have Wildlife tunnels that are built under the Interstates and other major, highly travelled roads, so that the animals can go from one area to the other.

There are, along with rhe tunnels, 12' high fencing along the roads so that the deer can't come running across the road into traffic and must use the tunnels or " underpasses" as I've heard them called..
