Problems with grape plant

I wonder if anyone can help, I recently purchased this grape vine plant and there is a problem with the leaves, well i think theres a problem with them, I'm defintly no gardener and I don't know what to do to rectify this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely looks like some kind of a fungus to me. Have you tried anything on them yet to know what doesn't work?

Looks like powdery mildew. High heat and humidity favors it.
