Heat Pads?

I'm going to let them dry on top before I water but I'm also thinking of putting them in bigger pots like a 6 inch pot.

Got buy some more Petunia Seed because for some reason I didn't get the variety I wanted. Dang them seeds are small I'm glad I have a seeder.

Cuttings are much easier.

Yes they are a bit chunkier - those cuttings. If you decide to move the seedlings, just move them carefully by the leaves. I would make sure they're big enough for moving first. Don't touch the stems while they are small - you'll kill them if you do.
I've got a spray bottle to add a small amount of water at a time - not a bad plan for little seedlings.
Can you show us a photo?

I was told many times leave the Domes on so seed will get moisture but soon as they start sprouting to remove the Domes.

I was told this on all seed.

You're not understanding. You take it off when you have excess moisture accumulated inside the dome, shake that excess off the inside of the clear dome, then put it back on. Right now, two of them have too much water, hence the water droplets covering the inside of the dome. This means that your seeds are too wet.

Ok went to the company they are saying the seed needs plenty of moisture and if I didn't have a Dome or Wrap over them I would have to mist several times a day.

I see what your saying but *** ***

Rockers! pay attention to Annie. Those seeds have got too much water on them. They WILL ROT if you don't drain them off. They like a drop of water to drink, but you're not supposed to drown the poor things. Are they sitting in a puddle or what?
If you don't listen, and they do rot I might be tempted to laugh 🤭
Not only that my friend you must learn not to argue with women 😂😂

Maybe young 45 years ago, never strapping built like "two yards of pump water", just stupidly stubborn.

I'll happily settle for stupidly stubborn pal, you may join my club. Sometimes I survey what's going on today, and am quite happy to have reached ''old'' - it just feels a bit worse somehow in the winter. We'll all feel better and younger when the gardens start blooming again
