Just because it's a dull and misty grey day, and I am feeling exceedingly lazy, I thought I would scroll through the available gardening forums on my laptop. There were one or two I've seen before, and our 'Gardener's World' one that used to be hosted by Monty Don and is no longer running (so I've been told), and then, on Google's page three I noticed our new forum as well. Page three!!!!
1735308440674.webpThat's rather impressive I reckon, to say we have been up and running for less than a year. Of course, the heading of my thread was aimed mostly at UK members I suppose, as a ''page three girl'' has always referred to the images on page three of the Sun newspaper here, of a scantily clad young lady on that page 😁

When new gardeners are looking to chat, compare, enquire about their gardening, or even to chatter to like minded people, they will use a search engine online. New forums usually take a long time before they surface to the beginning of the search pages. Our new Garden Chat forum seems to have attracted quite a bit of interest due to our varied subjects being popular. In other words, we must be doing something right, because there are dozens more pages below page three!

Ohhh, well then isn't that good !! 😄

That's good 🙂

My website has totally disappeared off Google, hope they're just indexing it and haven't taken it down because I said something against the narrative :cautious:

I was a page three boy in Gardener's Weekly once ☺️
