Baby Pigeons

There's a Pigeon nesting very low down in the corner of the field where I take all of Tetter's prunings.



I talk to her every time I take a barrow load over there and she's got quite used to me.

A few weeks ago she left the nest and I saw she'd been sitting on 2 eggs.

Today she was perched next to the nest and these were sitting there

Are they nesting late this year Zigs? I've noticed a couple nest building in a tree close by.

They nest nearly all year Sheal, had a baby one fall out of a hedge I was cutting in October once

I didn't know what to do with it so I kept it in the caravan all night.

I am really allergic to pigeons I found out by the morning

Is it the feathers you're allergic too?

Probably, I'm slightly allergic to chickens but I can cuddle one of those.
