Slimed!

So it was time to repair one of my garden carts. New bearings, derust the wheels, some paint etc. Since the tubes no longer held air I thought to try some with sealant inside, advertised as tougher tube etc. But I didn't see the tire off the bead on the inside

I guess not so tough. Kinda loud though. B thought I shot something.

Anybody know what cleans that stuff up? It looks like that predator movie blood on the driveway.
