Pickled Jalapenos

For today's garden shenanigans we're making a few pints of pickles jalapenos. Never tried them before but the wife loves jalapenos with just about anything. We'll see how they taste in a few weeks.

I only have to can/pickle Jalepenos about once every 3 or 4 yeas because I'm the only one who eats them and several pints last me that long. I don't even grow Jalepenos every year but I do other peppers like bell and banana for fresh peppers.

Jalapenos do go with just about everything we eat and pickling them is a god way to have them always available.

My spring crop of jalapenos was poor because they virtually drowned but looking forward to the fall crop for them to redeem themselves.
